Do you accept returns?


At this time, we are not taking any returns as the eyelashes must be thrown away to ensure we keep a sterile environment and products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For any reason you are unhappy with your order or believe you were sent the wrong product, please do not hesitate to email us at where we can personally talk and ensure you receive the exact product and care you need! 

Do you ship internationally?


Yes!! We do international shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the price of shipping. Please understand that your country might require additional payment and charges on your order. Lashes in Wonderland is not responsible for any of those charges. Please allow up to 20-35 days for international shipping. Once your shipping confirmation has been sent, Lashes in Wonderland hands the responsibility of your package to USPS and the following international postal services. For any reason you are having trouble tracking your package, please email us. 

How long does shipping take?


Please allow up to 5 days for processing before receiving shipping confirmation. Due to a high volume of orders, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, a few days after purchase. We just want to take a moment and thank you for your patience and support. We use USPS priority mail shipping at a flat rate of $5.95. Once you have received your shipping confirmation and tracking number, it should take 3-4 business days to arrive (US). Lashes in Wonderland is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Lashes in Wonderland released the responsibility to USPS once packages have been picked up by USPS. If you have any questions please feel free to email us and we can try to help as best as we can.

Will my favorite styles be restocked?


As much as we would love to keep each and every style fully stocked, unfortunately not every style will have a chance to get restocked. As we drop our styles in unique collections, we will try our very best to restock certain styles that are constantly sold out and being requested. That is why it is so important to follow us on IG and keep in touch so that you are the first to know about new collections and restocks! Once they're gone, they may not be back! Please email us if you have special requests or suggestions! We LOVE and NEED your feedback ;) 

Are the lashes made from real mink?


Yes, the mink hairs come from the natural shedding of mink hairs from a free-ranged mink farm. Then sent over to our lash vendors where their artists' design and sew our unique styles. Very similar to mink lash extensions, the mink hairs give an effortless fluff and natural dimension while feeling super lightweight on the eyes. This ensures us that we are providing each of our customers with the absolute best quality and the best price! Some of our styles are a hybrid mix between synthetic and mink hairs. And we are currently working on providing a fully faux mink/synthetic line for those looking for a vegan alternative! Please email us with any questions/suggestions :)

Is there a brand ambassador program?

Privacy Policy


Any information gathered at the time of purchase such as name, address, billing info, etc. Is all kept in a confidential database that is strictly used for the purpose of placing and delivering your order. Lashes in Wonderland cannot release any personal information to the public and will only take private information that is necessary for executing your order. 

Can I change my order/address?


Yes, however, you must email us ASAP. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, it might be too late. If the wrong address has been entered and the package has already been shipped, It is unfortunately out of our hands. Please email us to see if there is any way we can help with your order, and if the package has been "returned to sender", we can absolutley resend to the correct address. Please be aware that we will only use the address given to us by the customer upon checkout.
