To ensure smooth and reliable delivery of your orders, we have curated the following shipping policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below:

 

1. Shipping Timeframe:

- Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-4 weeks from the date of purchase, especially during periods of high demand. We work diligently to fulfill orders promptly, and we appreciate your patience during peak times.

 

2. Shipping Destinations:

- We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any delivery delays or complications.

 

3. Shipping Carrier:

- We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred shipping carrier. However, depending on your location and order size, we may also use other reputable shipping services to ensure the best delivery experience.

 

4. Shipping Fee and Insurance:

- The shipping fee displayed at checkout includes both the cost of shipping and insurance for your package. This insurance ensures that your order is protected against loss or damage during transit. If any of those issues occur, please contact USPS immediately. 

 

5. Order Tracking:

- Once your package is handed over to USPS, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the real-time progress of your order until it reaches its destination.

 

6. Liability After Shipment:

- After USPS has possession of your package, Lashes in Wonderland releases liability for any issues that may arise during transit. For any concerns, including missing or damaged packages, please contact USPS directly. They will be able to provide you with further information and assistance.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

- We understand that unfortunate incidents can occur during shipping, such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, please note that Lashes in Wonderland is not required to issue refunds or replacements for packages affected by USPS's handling. We recommend reaching out to USPS to initiate a claim if such an event occurs.

 

8. Customs and Duties (For International Orders):

- For customers outside of the USA, please be aware that your country's customs office may impose additional duties, taxes, or import fees. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee paid to Lashes in Wonderland.

 

9. Incorrect Shipping Information:

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, resulting in failed delivery or returns, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package. Contact us if your package has been shipped out with an incorrect address, if the package returns to us, we will issue a refund or invoice a shipping fee to correct the address and redirect it to you.

 

10. Address Changes:

- If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the package has already been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns Policy:

Due to the importance of maintaining a clean and sterile lash experience for all our customers, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered. This policy is in place to avoid any potential cross-contamination that may occur with returned products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

2. Exchanges Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange a product for another due to personal preferences or other reasons. Exchanges may be an option if your order has not been shipped yet. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this will always be possible, as our shipping process is designed for prompt delivery.

 

3. Eligibility for Exchanges:

a. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer support team at officialwonderlandlashes@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request before the shipment is processed.

b. Any price difference between the original product and the one you wish to exchange for may result in an upcharge or reimbursement, depending on the circumstances.

 

4. Shipping and Handling for Exchanges:

a. If you are eligible for an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us safely and securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package's safe arrival.

b. Once we receive the product and verify its eligibility for an exchange, we will proceed with shipping the new product to you. To ensure a qualified exchange/refund we ask that you refrain from opening your package entirely and shipping it back to us as soon as possible. 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note previously in our shipping policy, we are NOT responsible for any damages, lost or stolen packages once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS). If you believe we packaged you a defective or damaged product prior to shipping, please contact us so we can resolve any issue.
